For fluorine-containing wastewater from photovoltaic enterprises, we provide a new, highly efficient defluorination solution. Taking Yibin Yingfa Dey as an example, the raw water fluorine content was about 6 mg/L. With the original chemical agent at a dosage of 300 ppm, the effluent still reached 1.8-1.9 mg/L, making it difficult to stably meet discharge requirements. By adding the new defluorination agent and coordinating a small amount of liquid caustic soda for adjustment, the effluent fluoride ion concentration was stably reduced to 0.36-0.8 mg/L at a dosage of 200-300 ppm, which is far superior to the old agent. Meanwhile, the large floc particles formed by the new agent settle, significantly improving sludge dewatering performance, and the filtrate pH remains stable at 7.3-7.6 without the need for secondary adjustment. This solution has verified through multiple batches of beaker tests, helping customers achieve stable compliance and reduce the comprehensive cost per ton of water, providing a reliable path for the deep treatment of-containing wastewater in the photovoltaic industry.
