Alkaline defluoridant is a highly efficient defluoridation agent formulated based on aluminum salts, calcium salts, and sodium alumin, appearing as a colorless to pale yellow liquid with an alkaline pH. This product combines the dual functions of neutralization and deep defluoridation, making it particularly suitable for fluoride-containing wastewater, reducing or eliminating the need for alkali adjustment and simplifying the dosing process. Through complexation precipitation and adsorption bridging, it can effectively remove free and some complexed fluoride, and is widely used in industries such as photovoltaics, semiconductors, electroplating, smelting, and coal chemicals. It features a fast reaction dense floc formation, and good sedimentation, capable of stably controlling the effluent fluoride ion concentration below 1 mg/L. It is recommended to dilute and add it wet dosing, which yields better results when used in conjunction with PAC and PAM. Store in a sealed, cool place, and take precautions against alkali corrosion
